Western themed, one hundred and forty year old, completely remodeled, 4-bedroom home just off the main street of downtown Leadville, Colorado. Just behind the famous Tabor Opera House, the Holliday House has easy access to all the town's attractions and all nearby mountain/river activities. Game room, 30-foot bar, the 14er vista from 2nd floor, with comfortable amenities makes the Holliday House perfect for family, friends, and even work retreats.
Home sleeps 8 people. Fully stocked kitchen with large dining areas and full 30-foot Western bar. Beer fridge and Sonos speaker system in the game room. Wireless internet throughout the property.
You have access to the entire house except the owner's closet under the stairs. During ski season, skis will be hung in the back hallway. Please do use the space for your own skis, but leave the rest of the equipment alone.
In the cold months, the heat will be kept at 65 degrees. Feel free to turn it up. It will warm the house. However, when you leave, please reset to 65 degrees.
